Returns, Shipping & Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY (GOKO Management’s credit card processor) containing your order details. If any goods are unavailable to ship immediately we will contact you via email or phone with any information relevant to a delay in processing your order. Online orders will be shipped by the least expensive route and carrier to all destinations, if the purchaser chooses a route with a higher charge GOKOl will charge the difference to the customer. We will not ship to any Post Office Box Numbers.

Shipping costs are based on actual Australia Post (regular post or express post), Toll and TNT Express rates. There are several options available and all shipping costs can be calculated in the shopping cart and during checkout. Shipping options offered are Australia Post – Express, Overnight Express, and Road Express allow 7-21 business days to receive your order, Toll - Road Express allow 7-21 business days to receive your order. If a delivery is refused a restocking fee and the return shipping cost will be charged.

Free Shipping - Any items listed as free shipping applies to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide only.

Where you choose a carrier a warehousing handling fee of 1% of the total items purchased with a minimum of $150 must be paid prior to your carrier collecting the purchased products. TNS & REPLACEMENTS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. You are responsible for the return of the product, including organising and payment of shipping. The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to take out insurance for the shipment. If you want to be able to track your return and confirm when we have received it you should choose to send items with a carrier or postal service where a tracking method is available.

When we have received the goods and they are checked that they are in an as new condition, we will then refund you the cost of the goods. We will not refund the cost of shipping except for shipping errors, damages or defective products. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless a product is defective. If the item is found to be defective when tested at our warehouse we will notify you accordingly and a refund or credit will be provided, until then the customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.

- GOKO Management will issue an order return identification number.

Expect your refund to be issued within three (3) weeks of us receiving your return, though in most cases it will be sooner this timeframe allows; 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper, 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return and 5 to 7 days for your bank to process our refund request.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the goods have been dropped or broken.
